Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Wickk. But if you’re not, you can easily return your purchase within 30 days as long as it’s unused (not lit!) and in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement, or for a refund via the original payment method you made at purchase.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postal cost made by you to return the item back to us, but we will send any new exchange items to you free of postal charges.
Please email info@wickk.co.ukso we know to expect your return and supply you with the correct address to send your item to.
When posting your item back to us please ask for a receipt or free certificate of postage, make sure your item is securely wrapped so it’s returned to us undamaged. Items lost in transit will not be treated as a returned item.
Refunds
On safe return of your item a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please be aware it can take up to 5 working days after a refund payment has been processed to appear on your bank statement.
If after 7 working days you have not received an email from us but returned your item please contact info@wickk.co.uk where one of our team will investigate further.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As you can appreciate our aim is to get your order out to you in the quickest possible time so it is not guaranteed we can amend or cancel your order after it has been placed. Whilst our team will do their best to fulfil your request it may not be possible, if this is the case please follow our return instructions.

I have received the wrong order..What should i do?
We are very sorry your order is not what you expected, please email us info@wickk.co.uk We will contact you to collect the order at a convenient time for you and get your correct order out to you as soon as possible.
I’ve received a faulty item
On rare occasions this can happen and we are disappointed when a customer receives a faulty item. You can return the item within 30 days of purchase by following our return procedure for an exchange or refund.
Please email info@wickk.co.uk so we can process your refund or exchange swiftly.
Please read carefully our care cards for instructions on how to care for your item, as we can not accept your item as faulty or damaged if care was not taken by correctly following the appropriate instructions.
My order has arrived damaged
If you have unfortunately received a damaged item please email info@wickk.co.uk with a photo clearly showing the damage to our team within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
If you have any chipped wax this can be rectified by lighting the candle so the melted wax will then naturally smooth itself over the surface. Any marks on the jar can be gently wiped away using a soft cloth.
